FRIED PORK CHOPS
Marinade Pan Fried Pork Chop
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
½ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon ground ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 pork chops (½ inch thick each)
Mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, marjoram, garlic salt, ginger, and black pepper in a bowl. Dip chops in the marinade on both sides then let meat soak in the marinade by covering and refrigerating for one hour or longer.
Pan fry using all the marinade over a medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until desired cooked.
Pork Chops are done when temperature reaches 150 °F (65.56 °C) in center or heated higher for well done.
